Travelling abroad for medical care is hard enough without not knowing who to trust. Patients often cannot check a hospital's credentials before they commit, and hospitals have no simple, fair way to reach patients in other countries.
Priveamed Global was started to help with that. Our founders spent several months studying how hospitals in Delhi NCR work with international patients, and what gets in the way for both sides.
What came out of it is Privea Healthcare Portal™. Patients can discover hospitals and doctors, ask the ones they choose for a private quote, and compare the answers. Hospitals list for free. We check provider credentials, and we do not charge patients.
The Portal is launching soon. We will share more here as it gets closer.
The Portal should be worth using, not hard to leave. Any agreement we make is with hospitals and partners, never with the patient.
Patients, hospitals and partners should all be treated fairly, not just the company that built the platform.
Hospitals and partners keep their own relationships. We provide the platform, not a replacement for their work.
A patient's health information belongs to the patient. We handle it with care and only for the purpose they gave it.
We are starting in Delhi NCR, where many of India's major hospitals are based. We plan to add other Indian cities as the network of providers grows.
Every hospital and doctor on the Portal is checked against the same standard. Over time, we hope to work with partners in other regions who help patients travel to India.
